Terms and Conditions
Scope
These terms govern all training services provided by Peak Heading (Tim Sopin), Rochelgasse 21, 8020 Graz.
Booking
Bookings are binding upon confirmation. Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times.
Cancellation
24-hour notice required for rescheduling or cancellation. No-shows or late cancellations are charged at full rate.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed. Cash and bank transfer accepted.
Liability
Participants train at their own risk. Peak Heading is not liable for injuries except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
Health
Clients must inform the coach of any health conditions or injuries before training.
