Right to Withdraw
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the contract conclusion.
How to Exercise
To exercise the right, you must inform us (Tim Sopin, Rochelgasse 21, 8020 Graz, peakheading@gmail.com) by a clear statement (e.g., letter or email).
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received, using the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving your notice.
Exception
The right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed with your prior consent before the withdrawal period ends.
